Power failure - a real-life example Imagine you are standing in a large bakery. A conveyor belt pushes fine pastries through the oven. The delicious smell of breakfast fills your nose. And then... the lights go out, the machines shut down

In our plant engineering department, we design and build complete agitator technology systems. In this case study, we developed a 2K supply system.
Since 2007, Dr. Harald Halbig has accompanied Managing Director Carsten Angermeyer in his strategic decisions, making an invaluable contribution to the success of PTM mechatronics. During these 14 years, there were not only business meetings. Dr. Harald Halbig was also a fatherly friend to the Managing Director in his private life. Due to his open and interested nature, Dr. [...]
We open our first branch in America. This will enable us to offer our American customers the same reliable service as our European customers. We look forward to working with you.
Occupational safety is becoming an increasingly important topic in the organization of workplaces, especially in production. Particularly in human-machine cooperation, care must be taken to ensure that the machine cannot injure the person working with or on the machine due to its automatism. As the machine generally does not recognize humans and therefore has no regard for them, other safety precautions must be taken.
Hygiene plays a key role in the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries. How do you achieve this without spending a lot of time and effort?
Preventing dirt deposits from forming in the first place is the first step. You can achieve this by avoiding grooves, edges and undercuts on devices and machines in your production as far as possible.
In our plant construction department, we build complete systems and install them directly on site if required. Our customer, Einhorn Werke, based in Waldeck, is a manufacturer of wall and floor surfaces. But not just any surfaces. The Einhorn Werke
Timers are excellent helpers when it comes to making stirring processes safe, reproducible and effective.
Smooth, flawless surfaces, slim, no-frills shapes, flowing transitions - the entire design of the new stainless steel line for actuators from PTM mechatronics is designed for highly sensitive, hygienic operation in pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics production. Agitators, conveyors, actuators and other actuators can be connected directly and individually. The new INOX drives offer a wide range of features that have not previously been available on the market and which make the implementation of hygienic standards safe and easy. But what has been the problem so far? And what is the solution?
Our case study: Our customer's substance to be stirred is contained in small aluminum buckets that are used as disposable containers. The small buckets offer little stability for stirring and are too light for the stirring process. Our customer was therefore looking for a stable, fully encased container.
