Safe stirring in disposable containers

Our case study: Our customer's substance to be stirred is contained in small aluminum buckets that are used as disposable containers. The small buckets offer little stability for stirring and are too light for the stirring process. Our customer was therefore looking for a stable, fully encased container.

Our solution therefore completely encloses the disposable containers with a secure and stable construction made of robust stainless steel. The disposable containers are simply inserted into the guide of the stainless steel construction and thus held in place without twisting.

The lid of the stainless steel container has a separate connection for a suction unit and two further connections for the supply and return lines of a ring line.

A viewing flap with safety grid allows you to safely check the stirring progress. The inspection flap can be conveniently attached to the lid with a magnet so that it does not need to be held.

Two handles ensure convenient handling of the lid when changing the container.

Our powerful agitator is mounted on the side of the lid for optimum organization of the connections and stirs in a slightly diagonal position in the middle of the container to achieve optimum mixing. This makes the connections easy to reach. Pipes can be arranged logically and neatly without hindering work.
