In our Plant engineering we build complete systems and install them directly on site if required.

Our customer, the Unicorn works based in Waldeck, is a manufacturer of wall and floor surfaces. But not just any surfaces. Einhorn Werke sees the room as a work of art, as an expression of individual lifestyle...and emphasizes this with its individual designer plasters.

For the production of special plasters, our customer required a complete solution with a stand mixer, dosing device, floor rollers and stainless steel drums. In our sheet metal production facility, we realized the dosing hopper, equipped with a floor grid, individually according to our customer's wishes. The floor rollers are designed for the stainless steel drums supplied and fit precisely and securely into the holding device of the stand mixer. The technical details of the stand agitator, such as the power of the motor and the design of the holding device, agitator shaft and agitating element, are adapted to the container size and the substance to be stirred so that the stand agitator can be used immediately without our customer having to make any further adjustments. In addition, our customer ordered a second stand mixer with pump that is ready for immediate use.

This example clearly shows the advantages of a complete system. By having an overview of the entire design, we are able to seamlessly coordinate the individual components. This is also the only way we can incorporate further ideas for an intelligent and safe process. Ultimately, the mixing process is simple and safe to operate and delivers the desired mixing result. Our customer saves the effort of having to make adjustments themselves, benefits from simple communication and sound advice from a single point of contact and saves costs through synergy effects.
