Safety meets ease of use - our sophisticated control concepts for stand mixers

Safety and intuitive handling are top priorities at PTM. That is why our standard stand mixers are equipped with a sophisticated operating concept that combines both: maximum control with simple operation.

The stand is raised and lowered using a selector switch in combination with a release button. This is available as a so-called Dead man's handle The tripod only moves as long as the button is held down. As soon as the button is released, the system stops immediately. This ensures maximum safety when lifting and lowering.

Our standard models also feature the tried-and-tested eco-Start safety switch. This automatically detects whether a container is correctly positioned and closed - only then can the agitator be switched on. A reliable solution for safe working.

For even more security functions, we offer our optional DGUV-compliant control panel. It complements the standard concept:

Both operating concepts can also be individually extended with a timer or a digital speed display - for full control over every process step.
