eco-Quick quick-change system

Replacing the agitator shaft and agitator element has never been so easy and efficient! With our innovative quick-change system, you can change to a new medium in just a few seconds - without any screws or tools.

A downward pull safely releases the agitator shaft from its anchorage. The clean handling ensures that foreign bodies do not get into the container and that your processes run hygienically and smoothly. Installing the new agitator shaft is just as straightforward: simply insert the agitator shaft and turn it slightly at the bottom. As soon as the coupling slides upwards, the locking mechanism is engaged - that's it!

eco-Quick lid inlet

After the mixing process, it is not only the mixing shaft and mixing element that are dirty. We often forget the inside of the lid. Splashes that occur during the stirring process accumulate here. In the worst case, the accumulations drip into the new medium.

Simply release the lid inlet with integrated safety grid from its anchorage using the pneumatically operated foot pedal. This leaves you with both hands free to put the lid inlet together with the container and agitator shaft to one side and place the new equipment on top. The clean inlet is reattached using the foot pedal.
