PTM builds mobile paint supply trolley

Mobile paint supply trolleys are used for painting large assemblies, for example by aircraft manufacturers such as Airbus or Boeing. The painter moves along the assembly during painting, pulling his mobile workstation behind him.

Our customized device combines all the necessary functions in a compact design:

The powerful stand mixer enables convenient operation of the mixer by means of automatic control. This makes container changes simple, safe and quick.

The suction lance with pump integrated in the lid supplies the spray gun with paint. The painter sets the desired pressure on the spray gun directly on the pump and can therefore adjust the paint supply to the respective work step.

The trolley with ESD wheels is easy to maneuver and can be fixed in place using the adjusting lever. A drip tray catches dripping paint cleanly when the container is changed.
