Pneumatic IBC agitator with stainless steel crossbeam - ATEX-safe, flexible, easy to install

Our powerful pneumatic agitators for IBCs and containers are specially designed for continuous industrial use and offer maximum safety and efficiency - even in ATEX Zone 1 hazardous areas.

The robust crossbar made of high-quality V4A stainless steel 1.4404 can be quickly and easily attached to your container. The agitator is securely fastened in seconds using two practical quick-release clamps. Thanks to the variable adjustment range, the system is suitable for IBC containers with a volume of 600 to 1200 liters.

The agitator is supplied ready for use with a coordinated agitator shaft and the proven eco-Cup hinged cup agitator - both made of V4A stainless steel - for homogeneous results with low to high viscosity media.

Operating concept:
The agitator is optionally available with a pneumatic set (shut-off valve, filter regulator and pressure gauge) or DGUV control panel. The DGUV control panel offers occupational safety according to UVV with Emergency stop with controlled restart, dual container monitoring and a clear and safe arrangement of the operating elements.
