Just one year has passed since our last Mazak Integrex took its place in our machine park. Now we have expanded our machine park with a second INTEGREX j-200S, in order to continue to guarantee the highest quality and precision as production volumes increase.

The new center manufactures high-precision components that are used in our Pneumatic motors and Agitators are used. The INTEGREX j-200S is designed to combine turning and milling cycles during machining in order to avoid time-consuming changeover processes. The second spindle is used for multifunctional machining of the components on all six sides and therefore for flexible production of individual parts in the smallest lot sizes (DONE-IN-ONE production).

The extension ensures a rapid material flow. The production time is reduced to a minimum. The parts are manufactured quickly, accurately and with high precision. Twice as many parts can be produced every day as before. The smallest lot sizes are programmed and manufactured in the shortest possible time. Thanks to the high degree of automation, the center works largely autonomously and without manual intervention, eliminating errors in the production process.
