A well-known Czech manufacturer of printing machines stirs nine different colors in each of its machines. Previously, he used vane motors with a small propeller as an agitator and a very high speed. Then he became aware of our air motors, which consume up to 90% less compressed air than the old vane motors, despite their very high performance. He was also impressed by the robustness of our motors.
Our Czech sales partner immediately provided the customer with a test motor and advised him in detail on how to optimize his mixing process. When mixing paints, it is advisable to mix the contents with a few revolutions and a larger agitator, such as a cup agitator, in order to draw in less air and prevent foaming on the one hand and to avoid generating too much heat while protecting the product on the other.
