ATEX agitator drive made of V4A stainless steel - suitable for clean rooms, food & pharmaceuticals, zone 0/1

The energy-efficient, ATEX-certified agitator drive was specially developed for demanding industrial mixing processes in hygienically sensitive and potentially explosive areas. Thanks to the PTM drilling pattern, the drive can be quickly and easily integrated into existing systems. Thanks to the integrated zone separation flange, operation in ATEX zones 0/1 is reliable and safe.

With its high torque, the drive ensures a uniform, homogeneous stirring result even with highly viscous media. The system also masters applications under positive or negative pressure conditions with ease. The compact, low-noise design saves space and improves the working environment, while the purely mechanical construction stands for maximum robustness and freedom from maintenance.

The drive is made of V4A stainless steel 1.4404:

• pharma and food compliant
• resistant to acids and chemicals
• sterilizable
• IP67 waterproof

The surface is electropolished to minimize germ adhesion and enable easy cleaning. The innovative soft-edge design prevents dirt corners and undercuts and therefore meets the highest requirements in cleanroom technology (classified according to DIN 14644). For permanent hygienic marking, the labeling is done by laser engraving instead of conventional stickers.
