Pneumatic IBC agitator with stainless steel crossbeam - flexible, powerful, easy to install

Our powerful pneumatic agitators for IBCs and containers are the ideal solution for reliable mixing processes in industry and production. The robust crossbar made of V4A stainless steel 1.4404 can be mounted quickly and securely on the container - two quick-release clamps allow it to be fixed in just a few seconds.

Thanks to the variable adjustment range, the agitator is suitable for IBC containers from 600 to 1200 liters. The scope of delivery includes a matching agitator shaft and the specially designed eco-Cup hinged cup agitator - also made of V4A stainless steel - for efficient, gentle mixing of low to high viscosity media.

Operating concept:
The stand mixer is optionally available with a pneumatic set (shut-off valve, filter regulator and pressure gauge) or DGUV control panel. The DGUV control panel offers occupational safety in accordance with UVV with emergency stop with controlled restart, dual container monitoring and a clear and safe arrangement of the operating elements.
