HDPE hinged agitator Ø450 mm for IBCs - lightweight, chemical-resistant, cleverly designed

The HDPE hinged agitator disc Ø450 mm was specially developed for use in IBC containers with openings from DN160 and offers an efficient and safe solution for agitating a wide range of media - from low-viscosity liquids to thicker substances. The agitator disk is made of chemical-resistant HDPE (e.g. chlorine) and impresses with its low weight and high resistance to aggressive substances.

The hinged agitator is mounted on a plastic hollow shaft with an internal stainless steel shaft and has an M16 fastening for a secure, stable connection to the drive system. Thanks to the hinged mechanism, the agitator can be easily inserted through the IBC opening (from DN160) and automatically unfolds to its full diameter when rotated - without any manual intervention.

This sophisticated design ensures space-saving handling, rapid readiness for use and a homogeneous mixing result with minimum effort.
