Electric agitator for IBCs & containers - Flexible, powerful and easy to operate

Our electric agitators for IBCs and containers impress with their easy handling and robust quality. With the practical crossbar made of high-quality V4A stainless steel (1.4404), you can attach the agitator quickly and securely to your container. Thanks to the two quick-release clamps, installation is completed in just a few seconds!

The traverse is flexibly adjustable and suitable for IBCs with a volume of 600 to 1200 liters. The agitator is supplied completely ready for use, including a matching agitator shaft and the specially designed eco-Cup hinged cup agitator, also made of durable V4A stainless steel (1.4404).

As an option, the speed can be precisely and conveniently controlled and read via a frequency converter with motor protection circuit and emergency stop. The pre-assembled forklift lugs ensure uncomplicated transportation and are ideal for use with a forklift truck.

Your options:

Three power levels for your requirements:

• For liquids up to 2,000 mPas viscosity.
• For liquids up to 10,000 mPas viscosity.
• For liquids up to 50,000 mPas viscosity.

Quick-change system for agitator shafts:
Our eco-quick quick change system offers you a quick and clean agitator shaft change in seconds without additional tools.

Frequency inverter:
Choose between a frequency inverter that is mounted directly on the appliance or one that can be mounted on the wall on site.

As IBC containers are not standardized, we ask you to check the dimensions of your containers carefully in advance. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us - we will be happy to advise you personally!

Scope of delivery:
The agitator is supplied without a container.
