Jej sortiment zah\u0155\u0148a n\u00e1razn\u00edky, spojlery, palubn\u00e9 dosky a vysokokvalitn\u00e9 interi\u00e9rov\u00e9 a exteri\u00e9rov\u00e9 komponenty. Mie\u0161anie lakov je preto jedn\u00fdm z k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch procesov v ka\u017edodennej prev\u00e1dzke.<\/p>\n<p>V spolo\u010dnosti Plakor mie\u0161a 120 mie\u0161adiel farbu v 200-litrov\u00fdch sudoch v nepretr\u017eitej prev\u00e1dzke. Pred prechodom na mechatroniku PTM pou\u017e\u00edvala spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Plakor \u0161tandardn\u00e9 lopatkov\u00e9 motory. N\u00e1kup lopatkov\u00fdch motorov je lacn\u00fd. V\u00fdsledok:<\/p>\n<p>V nepretr\u017eitej prev\u00e1dzke u\u0161etr\u00ed 120 nov\u00fdch pohonov mie\u0161adiel PTM v porovnan\u00ed so star\u00fdmi lopatkov\u00fdmi motormi 350 000 EUR na n\u00e1kladoch na energiu - ro\u010dne!<\/p>\n<p>Pomerne n\u00edzke investi\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady boli amortizovan\u00e9 v prvom roku. Plakor mie\u0161a pri relat\u00edvne n\u00edzkych ot\u00e1\u010dkach pribli\u017ene 100 ot\/min. Pri prepo\u010dte na najvy\u0161\u0161ie ot\u00e1\u010dky 300 ot\/min by to bolo cel\u00fdch 950 000 EUR ro\u010dne.<\/p>\n<h3><span data-text-color=\"primary\">Pre\u010do je to tak?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Vo vn\u00fatri lopatkov\u00fdch motorov sa nach\u00e1dza typ rotora s diagon\u00e1lne ulo\u017een\u00fdmi lopatkami. Priv\u00e1dzan\u00fd stla\u010den\u00fd vzduch nar\u00e1\u017ea na lopatky a poh\u00e1\u0148a rotor. To si vy\u017eaduje mimoriadne ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu, aby sa motor rozto\u010dil. Lopatkov\u00fd motor je preto vysokoot\u00e1\u010dkov\u00fd motor s vysokou r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou a n\u00edzkym kr\u00fatiacim momentom. T\u00e1to kon\u0161tel\u00e1cia je tie\u017e \u00faplne nevhodn\u00e1 pre mnoh\u00e9 mie\u0161an\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, preto\u017ee si vy\u017eaduj\u00fa \u0161etrn\u00e9 spracovanie. Tento v\u00fdkon sa preto mus\u00ed op\u00e4\u0165 zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 prostredn\u00edctvom prevodovky.<\/p>\n<p>Princ\u00edp radi\u00e1lnych piestov pohonov mie\u0161adiel PTM naopak pracuje s valcov\u00fdmi komorami, v ktor\u00fdch s\u00fa piesty stla\u010den\u00fdm vzduchom tla\u010den\u00e9 k stene skrine. Ten je navrhnut\u00fd v tvare vlny, ktor\u00e1 vytv\u00e1ra rota\u010dn\u00fd pohyb. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee je potrebn\u00e9 len tak\u00e9 mno\u017estvo stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu, ak\u00e9 sa zmest\u00ed do mal\u00fdch kom\u00f4r piestov. Pohon mie\u0161adla PTM m\u00e1 preto relat\u00edvne n\u00edzke ot\u00e1\u010dky v kombin\u00e1cii s ve\u013emi vysok\u00fdm kr\u00fatiacim momentom. To z neho rob\u00ed ide\u00e1lny mie\u0161ac\u00ed pohon na mie\u0161anie l\u00e1tok v\u0161etk\u00fdch druhov - bez potreby prevodovky.<\/p>\n<h3><span data-text-color=\"primary\">Mie\u0161adl\u00e1 PTM s\u00fa bezkonkuren\u010dn\u00e9 aj z h\u013eadiska v\u00fdsledkov mie\u0161ania<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Plakor si a\u017e nesk\u00f4r uvedomila, \u017ee radi\u00e1lne piestov\u00e9 mie\u0161adl\u00e1 mie\u0161aj\u00fa ove\u013ea rovnomernej\u0161ie ako lopatkov\u00e9 motory.<\/p>\n<p>Lopatkov\u00e9 motory maj\u00fa tendenciu zvy\u0161ova\u0165 ot\u00e1\u010dky, ke\u010f kles\u00e1 hladina n\u00e1plne v n\u00e1dr\u017ei mie\u0161adla. D\u00f4vod je nasledovn\u00fd: Ak klesne hladina n\u00e1plne v n\u00e1dr\u017ei mie\u0161adla, napr\u00edklad v d\u00f4sledku vypr\u00e1zd\u0148ovania cez sacie lano alebo odparovania, odpor kvapaliny vo\u010di lopatk\u00e1m mie\u0161adla mie\u0161adla sa v d\u00f4sledku toho tie\u017e zn\u00ed\u017ei. Lopatkov\u00fd motor reaguje na ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed odpor vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi ot\u00e1\u010dkami, preto\u017ee nie je brzden\u00fd a neust\u00e1le pr\u00fadiaci stla\u010den\u00fd vzduch ho na\u010falej neru\u0161ene poh\u00e1\u0148a, a to a\u017e do 1 500 ot\u00e1\u010dok za min\u00fatu. Na povrchu sa vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa vzduchov\u00e9 vreck\u00e1 a v najhor\u0161om pr\u00edpade pena. Pri \u010fal\u0161om spracovan\u00ed farby alebo akejko\u013evek inej kvapaliny s\u00fa vzniknut\u00e9 vzduchov\u00e9 vreck\u00e1 prek\u00e1\u017ekou \u010fal\u0161ieho spracovania. Predl\u017euj\u00fa \u010das spracovania, preto\u017ee sa rozkladaj\u00fa len pomaly.<br \/>Pri zvy\u0161ovan\u00ed hladiny n\u00e1plne doch\u00e1dza k presn\u00e9mu opaku: mie\u0161adlo s lopatkov\u00fdm motorom sa kv\u00f4li n\u00edzkemu kr\u00fatiacemu momentu spoma\u013euje a u\u017e nie je schopn\u00e9 premie\u0161ava\u0165 pevn\u00e9 kovov\u00e9, farebn\u00e9 a leskl\u00e9 pigmenty.<br \/>Pri nan\u00e1\u0161an\u00ed na lakovan\u00fd v\u00fdrobok m\u00f4\u017eu vzduchov\u00e9 bubliny alebo pevn\u00e9 \u010dastice sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 povrchov\u00e9 chyby a negat\u00edvne ovplyvni\u0165 kvalitu kone\u010dn\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobku. Farby na b\u00e1ze vody s\u00fa na tieto javy obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 n\u00e1chyln\u00e9, preto\u017ee ich viskozita v\u00fdrazne kol\u00ed\u0161e. A ich spracovanie u\u017e predstavuje pre priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvie v\u00e1\u017ene v\u00fdzvy.<\/p>\n<p>Na druhej strane motory mie\u0161adiel PTM pokra\u010duj\u00fa v mie\u0161an\u00ed ove\u013ea konzistentnej\u0161ie, aj ke\u010f hladina n\u00e1plne klesne. Ich maxim\u00e1lna technick\u00e1 r\u00fdchlos\u0165 je 300 ot\u00e1\u010dok za min\u00fatu.<br \/>Ak hladina n\u00e1plne v z\u00e1sobn\u00edku st\u00fapne, ve\u013emi vysok\u00fd kr\u00fatiaci moment pohonu spo\u013eahlivo udr\u017eiava r\u00fdchlos\u0165.<br \/>Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Plakor tak zistila, \u017ee mie\u0161an\u00e1 farba nem\u00e1 vzduchov\u00e9 inkl\u00fazie ani usadeniny a kone\u010dne m\u00e1 kvalitu, ktor\u00e1 je nevyhnutn\u00e1 pre vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 procesu a v\u00fdsledn\u00fd produkt.<\/p>\n<p>A v neposlednom rade \u010fal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pr\u00ednos: mas\u00edvne zn\u00ed\u017eenie spotreby stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu prirodzene zn\u00ed\u017eilo aj po\u010det prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch hod\u00edn kompresorov.
