D\u013a\u017eka a kon\u0161trukcia rota\u010dnej osi sa m\u00f4\u017ee l\u00ed\u0161i\u0165 pod\u013ea po\u017eiadaviek z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Samotn\u00fd pohon je certifikovan\u00fd pre z\u00f3nu 1. Vrcholom je kombin\u00e1cia s pr\u00edrubou na oddelenie z\u00f3n navrhnut\u00e1 vo vlastnej r\u00e9\u017eii. V\u010faka tomu je mo\u017en\u00e9 ve\u013emi jednoducho vytvori\u0165 bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 oddelenie medzi z\u00f3nou 1 a existuj\u00facou z\u00f3nou 0 v syst\u00e9me.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e1to rota\u010dn\u00e1 os so schv\u00e1len\u00edm ATEX m\u00e1 mnoho zauj\u00edmav\u00fdch oblast\u00ed pou\u017eitia. Jedn\u00fdm z pr\u00edkladov je pohon \u010distiacich kief v lakovac\u00edch syst\u00e9moch. Maliarske roboty musia po ur\u010ditom \u010dase pr\u00e1ce, napr\u00edklad pri zmene farby, vy\u010disti\u0165 svoje striekacie d\u00fdzy. Maliarsky robot preto pos\u00fava d\u00fdzu na rota\u010dn\u00fa os ot\u00e1\u010dania so \u0161tetcom, a tak si samostatne \u010dist\u00ed svoj n\u00e1stroj. \u010eal\u0161ou oblas\u0165ou pou\u017eitia s\u00fa \u010distiace syst\u00e9my. Os zavesen\u00e1 horizont\u00e1lne alebo vertik\u00e1lne v \u010distiacej komore ot\u00e1\u010da zne\u010disten\u00e9 diely, ktor\u00e9 boli predt\u00fdm pripevnen\u00e9 k osi. Pevn\u00e1 \u010distiaca d\u00fdza teraz dosiahne v\u0161etky diely zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch str\u00e1n.
