Diversi agitatori in un ambiente di produzione simulato hanno fornito le condizioni ideali per testare le prestazioni in base ai requisiti reali del processo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"850\">Dotati di un preciso dispositivo di misurazione dei consumi, i motori a palette convenzionali sono stati confrontati direttamente con i motori a pistoni radiali PTM. L'attenzione si \u00e8 concentrata sul consumo energetico e sulla coppia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"1028\">I test comprendevano il funzionamento al minimo, a pieno carico e a veicolo fermo. poteva essere arrestato con un solo movimento.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"269\" data-end=\"307\">I risultati del test in sintesi:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"309\" data-end=\"1123\">\n<li data-start=\"309\" data-end=\"476\">\n<p data-start=\"311\" data-end=\"476\">Oltre 90 % di consumo energetico in meno: in media, i motori a pistoni radiali PTM non solo riducono il consumo energetico, ma tagliano anche drasticamente i costi operativi.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"744\">\n<p data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"744\">Vantaggio a pieno carico: a pieno carico, il consumo dei motori a pistoni radiali si dimezza di nuovo, mentre i motori a palette consumano quasi la stessa quantit\u00e0 di energia che consumano quando sono al minimo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"962\">\n<p data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"962\">Efficienza a riposo: i motori a palette continuano a consumare molta energia anche a riposo, mentre i motori a pistoni radiali riducono il loro consumo al minimo, con un risparmio potenziale fino a 96 %.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1123\">\n<p data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"1123\">Coppia massima: i motori a pistoni radiali forniscono coppie significativamente pi\u00f9 elevate con un consumo di aria compressa estremamente ridotto, senza la necessit\u00e0 di un riduttore aggiuntivo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p
