Les diff\u00e9rents composants du produit m\u00e9lang\u00e9 sont ainsi guid\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re caract\u00e9ristique \u00e0 travers le r\u00e9cipient et se d\u00e9placent selon des mod\u00e8les d'\u00e9coulement d\u00e9termin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ces mod\u00e8les d'\u00e9coulement sont influenc\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9terminante par la forme de construction, la taille, le nombre et la disposition des organes d'agitation utilis\u00e9s. Le produit m\u00e9lang\u00e9 est d'abord transport\u00e9 vers le fond du r\u00e9cipient. L\u00e0, le flux se divise et est d\u00e9vi\u00e9 aussi bien vers le haut que vers le bas. Le produit tourne alors principalement sur un plan horizontal autour de l'organe d'agitation.<\/p>\n<p>Un \u00e9coulement purement tangentiel est toutefois rare dans la pratique.
