Varios agitadores en un entorno de producci\u00f3n simulado proporcionaron las condiciones ideales para comprobar el rendimiento bajo requisitos de proceso reales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"850\">Equipados con un preciso dispositivo de medici\u00f3n del consumo, los motores de paletas convencionales se compararon directamente con los motores de pistones radiales PTM. La atenci\u00f3n se centr\u00f3 en el consumo de energ\u00eda y el par motor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"1028\">Las pruebas incluyeron el funcionamiento al ralent\u00ed, a plena carga y en parada. motor de paletas pod\u00eda pararse con un solo movimiento.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"269\" data-end=\"307\">Los resultados de las pruebas de un vistazo:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"309\" data-end=\"1123\">\n<li data-start=\"309\" data-end=\"476\">\n<p data-start=\"311\" data-end=\"476\">M\u00e1s de 90 % menos de consumo de energ\u00eda: Por t\u00e9rmino medio, los motores de pistones radiales PTM no s\u00f3lo reducen el consumo de energ\u00eda, sino que tambi\u00e9n reducen dr\u00e1sticamente los costes de funcionamiento.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"744\">\n<p data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"744\">Ventaja a plena carga: A plena carga, el consumo de los motores de pistones radiales se reduce de nuevo a la mitad, mientras que los motores de paletas consumen casi lo mismo que en ralent\u00ed, lo que equivale a hasta 95 % m\u00e1s de energ\u00eda y costes con la tecnolog\u00eda convencional.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"962\">\n<p data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"962\">Eficiencia en parada: los motores de paletas siguen consumiendo una cantidad considerable de energ\u00eda incluso en parada, mientras que los motores de pistones radiales reducen su consumo al m\u00ednimo en este caso, lo que supone un ahorro potencial de hasta 96 %.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1123\">\n<p data-start=\"965\"
