Los 75 motores agitaban pintura en bidones de 200 litros en funcionamiento continuo. Naturalmente, con este volumen le preocupaban la rentabilidad, el consumo de energ\u00eda y los costes. R\u00e1pidamente qued\u00f3 claro que necesitaba modernizar su l\u00ednea de pintura. Los motores de paletas, t\u00e9cnicamente anticuados, ten\u00edan que dejar paso a alternativas m\u00e1s innovadoras y eficaces. Encontr\u00f3 un digno sustituto en los motores de pistones radiales econ\u00f3micos y potentes de PTM mechatronics.<\/p>\n<p>Para probar su decisi\u00f3n, decidi\u00f3 comparar el motor de pistones radiales con el motor de paletas. A pesar de sus expectativas, los resultados le sorprendieron. Nuestro cliente ahorr\u00f3 221.791 euros en costes de energ\u00eda durante el primer a\u00f1o. Agita a velocidades relativamente bajas, de aproximadamente 100 rpm. Calculado a 300 rpm, supondr\u00eda un ahorro de 596.025 euros al a\u00f1o.
