Pneumatic IBC agitator with stainless steel crossbeam - ATEX-safe, flexible, easy to install<\/span><\/h1>\n

Our powerful pneumatic agitators for IBCs and containers are specially designed for continuous industrial use and offer maximum safety and efficiency - even in ATEX Zone 1 hazardous areas.<\/p>\n

The robust crossbar made of high-quality V4A stainless steel 1.4404 can be quickly and easily attached to your container. The agitator is securely fastened in seconds using two practical quick-release clamps. Thanks to the variable adjustment range, the system is suitable for IBC containers with a volume of 600 to 1200 liters.<\/p>\n

The agitator is supplied ready for use with a coordinated agitator shaft and the proven eco-Cup hinged cup agitator - both made of V4A stainless steel - for homogeneous results with low to high viscosity media.<\/p>\n

\nOur eco-quick quick change system<\/a> offers you a quick and clean agitator shaft change in seconds without additional tools.<\/p>\n

Operating concept:
\nThe agitator is optionally available with a pneumatic set (shut-off valve, filter regulator and pressure gauge) or DGUV control panel. The DGUV control panel<\/a> offers occupational safety according to UVV with emergency stop<\/a> with controlled restart, dual container monitoring and a clear and safe arrangement of the operating elements.<\/p>\n
