The right seasoning makes all the difference - or the right stirring concept<\/span><\/h1>\n

What would a hearty dish be without the right seasoning? For Erhan Yazici, it would certainly be a bland affair. That's why the restaurateur created his own chili oil and also founded his own company, the\u00a0Gistos GmbH with headquarters in Waldkraiburg<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Erhan Yazici already had the balanced recipe for the spicy taste sensation in his head. Now the chili oil just had to be mass-produced and bottled. Can't be that difficult, can it? But Erhan Yazici very quickly encountered unforeseen problems. No contract bottler wanted to take on the serial bottling. Why?<\/p>\n

Well, chili oil, as the name suggests, consists mainly of chili flakes and oil. Compared to liquid oil, the chili flakes have a higher density. So what happens if you leave the mixture of chili flakes and oil to stand? The chili flakes will settle to the bottom again within a very short time. Once you have achieved optimum mixing and move on to filling, some of the chili flakes have already settled back to the bottom. As a result, the mixture in the filled jars will always have a fluctuating ratio of chili flakes and oil. Sometimes more chili flakes, sometimes less. Logically a no-go for commercial sales.<\/p>\n

No bottler could deal with this problem. What to do now? Erhan Yazici then decided to build the production line himself and turned to PTM mechatronics. In collaboration with our team, Erhan Yazici designed his own production line. A food-safe PTM stainless steel agitator, which was specially designed for Gistos\u2018 application, ensures the safe and consistent mixing of the chili oil. The chilli oil is filled directly into the small jars via a filling system while the stirring process is running and then labeled using a labeling machine. Finished.<\/p>\n
