Their advantages include quick and easy assembly and disassembly as well as easy cleaning. Hygiene plays a major role in these industries.<\/p>\n<h3>The case study<\/h3>\n<p>Our customer\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.4gene.de\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">4GENE<\/a>\u00a0based in Freising near Munich, is one of the leading innovators in the field of flavors and fragrances for special smell and taste experiences. The substances are produced in large tanks. These are equipped with Tri Clamp nozzles for the various applications along the production cycle in order to be able to quickly assemble and disassemble the required equipment. This allows 4GENE to achieve maximum flexibility in the process.<\/p>\n<p>All devices used on the tanks must therefore also have a Tri Clamp connection. Even the agitators. However, this is too special for most manufacturers of agitator technology and is therefore rarely possible. As an expert for the chemical, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries with our own development department and production facilities, we have already equipped several of our agitators with special flange solutions such as the Tri Clamp connection.
