Eine Dispersion ist ein fein verteiltes Gemisch mindestens zweier normalerweise nicht mischbarer Fl\u00fcssigkeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Ein gutes Beispiel f\u00fcr eine allt\u00e4gliche Dispersion ist die langzeitstabile Emulsion, ein \u00d6l-Wasser-Gemisch. Sch\u00fcttet man \u00d6l in Wasser, schwebt das \u00d6l erstmal auf der Oberfl\u00e4che des Wassers ohne sich mit dem Wasser zu vermischen. Dabei ist das \u00d6l die sogenannte innere Phase, das Wasser die \u00e4u\u00dfere Phase.<\/p>\n<p>Um nun eine Dispersion herzustellen, setzt man beim Dispergieren auf hohe Scherkr\u00e4fte. Hohe Schwerkr\u00e4fte erreicht man durch den Einsatz eines R\u00fchrorgans mit entsprechenden Eigenschaften, wie zum Beispiel die Dissolverscheibe, und hohe Drehzahlen.<\/p>\n<p>Um die tempor\u00e4re Dispersion zu stabilisieren, werden so genannte Emulgatoren eingesetzt. Emulgatoren verbinden die beiden Substanzen an der Grenzfl\u00e4che miteinander, da sie sich, bei unserem Beispiel der \u00d6l-Wasser-Emulsion, einerseits sowohl an Wasser als auch an \u00d6l binden k\u00f6nnen. So wird die Dispersion zur langzeitstabilen Emulsion.
