Jak ale postupovat, pokud jsou po\u017eadov\u00e1ny pouze komponenty v mal\u00fdch mno\u017estv\u00edch? Pak je nutn\u00e1 flexibilita.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1kazn\u00edk, spole\u010dnost Fried Kunststofftechnik GmbH se s\u00eddlem v Urbachu, se v\u00fdslovn\u011b hl\u00e1s\u00ed k tomu, \u017ee je v\u00fdrobcem vysoce kvalitn\u00edch plastov\u00fdch s\u00e9ri\u00ed s maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017enou flexibilitou - mal\u00fdch i velmi velk\u00fdch s\u00e9ri\u00ed, ve velk\u00fdch i mal\u00fdch mno\u017estv\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zde nen\u00ed prostor pro standardizovan\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Dokonce ani v lakovac\u00ed lince, kterou tvo\u0159\u00ed 10 ru\u010dn\u00edch lakovac\u00edch kabin s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi, k lakov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ipraven\u00fdmi, \u010derstv\u011b nam\u00edchan\u00fdmi 2K barvami. Proto se na n\u00e1s Fried obr\u00e1til s po\u017eadavkem na flexibiln\u00ed m\u00edchac\u00ed stanice.<\/p>\n<h3><span data-text-color=\"primary\">Na\u0161e v\u00fdzvy: Varianty kontejner\u016f, viskozita a \u010dasov\u00e9 limity<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>N\u00e1doby t\u0159\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch velikost\u00ed bylo t\u0159eba bezpe\u010dn\u011b zvednout a m\u00edchat v\u017edy na jedn\u00e9 m\u00edchac\u00ed stanici. Dal\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m spo\u010d\u00edval v tom, \u017ee m\u00e9dia, kter\u00e1 se m\u011bla m\u00edchat, byla v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech extr\u00e9mn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ptm-mechatronics.com\/cs\/grundlagen-guide\/viskositaet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vysok\u00e1 viskozita<\/a>\u00a0strukturovan\u00e9 barvy. Nav\u00edc byl stanoven \u010dasov\u00fd limit: proces m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed sm\u011bl trvat 1,5 a\u017e 3 minuty. Pro co nejrychlej\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bnu kontejneru je na\u0161e <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/TjagGW4DoyA?si=kdjFd2PHoWbrJeqQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rychlov\u00fdm\u011bnn\u00fd syst\u00e9m pro h\u0159\u00eddele m\u00edchadel eco-Quick<\/a>\u00a0pro pou\u017eit\u00ed. P\u0159i zav\u011b\u0161en\u00ed na st\u011bnu st\u00e9k\u00e1 kapaj\u00edc\u00ed barva do odkap\u00e1va\u010d\u016f. Z prostorov\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f musela b\u00fdt vynech\u00e1na klapka.
