Nam\u00edsto jednoho m\u00edchadla na n\u00e1dobu je instalov\u00e1n pohybliv\u00fd vzduchov\u00fd motor, kter\u00fd uchopuje jednotliv\u00e9 m\u00edchac\u00ed ty\u010de. Tato inovace \u0161et\u0159\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1klady byla umo\u017en\u011bna d\u00edky podpo\u0159e specialisty na rota\u010dn\u00ed svazky Christiana Maiera.<\/p>\n<p>Kdo nav\u0161t\u00edv\u00ed spole\u010dnost PTM mechatronics GmbH v Egenhofenu, ocitne se v klidn\u00e9m venkovsk\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed mezi Augsburgem a Mnichovem. Idyla a inovace se zde v\u0161ak vz\u00e1jemn\u011b nevylu\u010duj\u00ed - v\u017edy\u0165 spole\u010dnost, kter\u00e1 byla zalo\u017eena v roce 1988, je jedn\u00edm z nejvyhled\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00edch sv\u011btov\u00fdch specializovan\u00fdch dodavatel\u016f pneumatick\u00fdch motor\u016f a chapadel pro pou\u017eit\u00ed ve speci\u00e1ln\u00edch prost\u0159ed\u00edch. Motor se st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b umis\u0165uje nad n\u00e1dobu, uchop\u00ed v n\u00ed zav\u011b\u0161enou m\u00edchac\u00ed ty\u010d, po p\u0159edem stanovenou dobu m\u00edch\u00e1 kapalinu a pot\u00e9 se p\u0159esune k dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1dob\u011b.<\/p>\n<h5>Rota\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fchodka umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u0159enos energie na rotuj\u00edc\u00ed chapadlo<\/h5>\n<p>To postavilo spole\u010dnost PTM mechatronics p\u0159ed slo\u017eit\u00fd \u00fakol: proto\u017ee rotuj\u00edc\u00ed chapadlo je p\u0159ipojeno k hnac\u00edmu h\u0159\u00eddeli, musel b\u00fdt stla\u010den\u00fd vzduch p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn do rotuj\u00edc\u00edho dut\u00e9ho h\u0159\u00eddele p\u0159es ventil na pevn\u00e9m krytu h\u0159\u00eddele. K tomuto \u00fa\u010delu je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed rota\u010dn\u00ed spojka - technicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdrobek, kter\u00fd Christian Maier GmbH &amp; Co. KG v Heidenheimu v ji\u017en\u00edm N\u011bmecku se specializuje na v\u00fdvoj a v\u00fdrobu.<br \/>\n\u201eVzhledem k technick\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m bylo rychle jasn\u00e9, \u017ee zde nep\u0159ipad\u00e1 v \u00favahu \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 standardn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed,\u201c vzpom\u00edn\u00e1 Florian Maier, jednatel spole\u010dnosti Christian Maier. Zat\u00edmco specifikace geometrie motoru bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 realizovat konstruk\u010dn\u00edmi \u00fapravami, pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v prost\u0159ed\u00ed s nebezpe\u010d\u00edm v\u00fdbuchu bylo nutn\u00e9 vynalo\u017eit v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed. Tam je povoleno pou\u017e\u00edvat pouze za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s certifikac\u00ed Atex, kter\u00e1 se ud\u011bluje a\u017e po \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9m absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch s\u00e9ri\u00ed zkou\u0161ek.<br \/>\nPot\u00e9, co prvn\u00ed prototyp uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee interakce mezi rota\u010dn\u00edm svazkem Maier a motory a uchopovac\u00ed jednotkou PTM funguje, byl u spole\u010dnosti Christian Maier zah\u00e1jen postup posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed shody.<br \/>\n\u201eVzhledem k tomu, \u017ee v na\u0161em sortimentu ji\u017e m\u00e1me rota\u010dn\u00ed spojky s certifikac\u00ed Atex, mohli jsme \u010derpat z dosavadn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed Florian Maier.<\/p>\n<h5>\u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 certifikace Atex<\/h5>\n<p>Musely b\u00fdt provedeny rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky, aby bylo zaji\u0161t\u011bno a zdokumentov\u00e1no, \u017ee rotuj\u00edc\u00ed svazek nezp\u016fsobuje p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed nebo jisk\u0159en\u00ed. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b to znamenalo teplotn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddu T3 v kategorii Atex 2G:<br \/>\nChristian Maier musel zajistit takovou bezpe\u010dnost konstrukce, aby povrchov\u00e1 teplota rotuj\u00edc\u00edho svazku nikdy nep\u0159ekro\u010dila 200 stup\u0148\u016f Celsia minus bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed rezerva. \u201eTento limit plat\u00ed i pro extr\u00e9mn\u00ed situace, kdy dojde k p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00fdm poruch\u00e1m,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Florian Maier.<br \/>\nPomoc\u00ed teplotn\u00edch \u010didel byly provedeny p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky a mimo jin\u00e9 bylo z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b po\u0161kozeno lo\u017eisko, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 zjistit teplotn\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed rotuj\u00edc\u00edho svazku. V\u00fdsledek: i za t\u011bch nejnep\u0159\u00edzniv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch podm\u00ednek z\u016fstala povrchov\u00e1 teplota sou\u010d\u00e1sti hluboko pod kritick\u00fdm rozsahem. To uvolnilo cestu k p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00ed dokument\u016f a protokol\u016f spole\u010dnosti T\u00dcV S\u00fcd, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1sledn\u011b vydala posouzen\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti a schv\u00e1len\u00ed Atex pro rota\u010dn\u00ed spoj.<\/p>\n<h5>Minimalizace t\u0159ec\u00edch ztr\u00e1t<\/h5>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci test\u016f byl tak\u00e9 optimalizov\u00e1n pom\u011br t\u011bsnosti a t\u0159ec\u00edch ztr\u00e1t.
